Tulsi, revered in Ayurvedic tradition as holy basil, brings its own deeply protective and adaptogenic properties. Yarrow has a long history of traditional use at the first sign of seasonal illness. Ginger root and clove add warming, invigorating depth and have been used across multiple herbal traditions for their potent protective qualities.
