What do I do with with it? Enhance anything you’re cooking (soup, eggs, stir-fry...) with the umami flavour & powerful nutrition of Mushroom Powder. Simply add 1/2 - 1 tsp/serving, or to taste. Pow!
Do I have to cook it? Yes. But only for 2'ish minutes. (PSA: You should always cook mushrooms, especially wild mushrooms. Heat & time unlock the flavour and nutrition.)
