Our highest grade of organic matcha. Simply whisk into hot water for an incredible cup. Shade-grown leaves, stone-ground in Japan then sent straight to us. A light, but flavourful cup, with notes of baby vegetables and unique umami. Smooth and creamy with a naturally sweet finish. Not powdery or bitter! Drink this straight with hot water as a tea or pour over ice for a refreshing summer sip.

Grown in Uji, Kyoto prefecture. Matcha from this region is known to not be bitter. We source our matcha directly from a small producer in Japan that we have met and trust. We directly source our matcha to ensure freshness and quality standards are maintained. Documented testing for radiation.
